Conservation Services

For over two decades we have contributed to the conservation field through research, education, and practice. Mr. Abreu worked as the Principal Investigator at the University of Pennsylvania Conservation Laboratory and co-authoring the Masonry Conservation Study for the Ohio Statehouse project.

We are also commited to the areas  of sustainability, cultural and social heritage conservation and tropical environment conservation practices. Project sites have included residences, churches, cemeteries, military fortifications, and monuments.

Mr. Abreu was recently honored with Professional Associate status in the American Institute for the Conservation of Artistic Works (AIC).

Determining the most appropriate treatment for a specific historic site, building or monument is critical to achieving an effective and desirable end result. We are dedicated to ensuring that the correct procedures are employed on each project, and that our work reflects our diligence, creativity and attention to detail.

All methods of documentation are consistent with the Historic American Building Survey (HABS), the U.S. Secretary of the Interior Standards and Guidelines for Preservation Planning, ad the American Institute for the Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC).
